Refund Process
You can return the products within 30 days of placing the order (excluding bulk & Customized Orders). The amount will be refunded after the product has been collected. After 30 days, you will not be allowed to create a return request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 12 to 15 working days to credit the refund money to your account.
In case it is taking longer than 12 to 15 working days , please drop an email to [email protected] and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging with all the items within the package intact along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.
Replacement
If you have received any damaged product, please initiate a return within 3 working days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick-up the damaged product from your door-step and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost within 7-10 working days.
Reverse Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Parivaan Products Pvt Ltd, E4/12 Parasnath Complex, Valpada, Bhiwandi. Thane 421302.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only in case of pre-approval on a case-to-case basis. Imagimake may choose to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount, depending upon the nature of such request.
